MLCE28A [Microchip]

The MLCE6.5 – MXLLCE170A(e3) series are high-reliability TVS diodes for thru-hole mounting with very low capacitance (<100 pF). They feature working standoff voltages from 6.5 to 170 volts and are available in RoHS compliant versions. The low capacitance makes them particularly useful for protecting lines carrying high frequency signals. They provide protection from switching transients, induced RFI, ESD, EFT, and secondary lightning effects per IEC61000-4-5, RTCA/DO-160G, and ARINC 429 standards. The devices suppress transients up to 1,500 watts at 10/1000 μs and feature 100% surge testing with wafer fabrication and assembly lot traceability for M prefix devices.
