The SY88307BL is a low-power limiting post amplifier operating from a single +3.3V power supply over temperatures from –40°C to +85°C. It amplifies signals with data rates up to 3.2Gbps and as small as 10mVpp, outputting PECL-level waveforms. The device features a programmable loss-of-signal (LOS) level-set pin (LOSLVL) to set input amplitude detection threshold, a chatter-free open-collector TTL LOS output, and an enable bar input (EN/) to de-assert the true output signal. It is available in 10-pin EPAD-MSOP and 16-pin QFN packages.
