SY89547LMI [Microchip]

The SY89547L is a precision high-speed 4:1 differential multiplexer providing two copies of the selected input. It features guaranteed AC performance over temperature and voltage with DC-to >3.2Gbps data rate throughput, <620ps In-to-Out propagation delay, and <150ps rise/fall times. The device includes ultra-low jitter design (<1ps random jitter, <10ps deterministic jitter) and unique 3-pin internal termination for DC/AC-coupled inputs (LVDS, LVPECL, CML). It operates from a single 3.3V supply (±10%) over industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C) and is available in a 32-pin (5mm x 5mm) MLF package.
