The UPS360e3 is a high efficiency Schottky rectifier in the Powermite3® package, offering high current/power capabilities previously found only in larger packages. It features very low thermal resistance, guard-ring-die construction for transient protection, efficient heat path with integral locking bottom metal tab, low forward voltage, and full metallic bottom to eliminate flux entrapment. Compatible with automatic insertion equipment, it has a low profile (max 1mm height) and small footprint (190 x 270 mils), making it ideal for SMD applications at high frequencies.
