BGU8019X [NXP]

The BGU8019 is a SiGe:C Low Noise Amplifier MMIC designed for GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and Compass applications. It covers the full GNSS L1 band (1559 MHz to 1610 MHz) with 18.5 dB gain and 0.55 dB noise figure. The device features low power consumption (4.6 mA typical), self-shielding package, integrated supply decoupling capacitor, and ESD protection (>2 kV HBM). It requires only one external matching inductor and includes temperature-stabilized bias for easy design. The amplifier adapts to jamming signals from co-existing cellular transmitters by temporarily increasing bias current during high jamming power levels.
