MC13201FCR2 [NXP]

The MC13201 is a 2.4 GHz low-power transceiver containing a complete packet data modem compliant with IEEE 802.15.4 Standard PHY layer. It enables proprietary point-to-point and star networks based on 802.15.4 packet structure. When combined with an MCU, it provides a cost-effective solution for short-range data links via a 4-wire SPI interface and interrupt output. The device integrates a low noise amplifier, 1.0 mW power amplifiers, RF T/R switch, PLL with VCO, onboard power regulation, and full spread-spectrum encoding/decoding. It supports 250 kbps O-QPSK data in 2.0 MHz channels with 5.0 MHz spacing. Features include programmable output power (-27 dBm to +3 dBm), receive sensitivity <-91 dBm, three power-down modes (<1 µA off, 1.0 µA hibernate, 35 µA doze), programmable clock output, onboard crystal trim, four timer comparators, buffered packet RAM, and seven GPIOs.
