The MC13852 is a general-purpose low-noise amplifier with an integrated bypass switch for variable signal strength environments. It features IP3 boost circuitry, external matching for design flexibility, and on-chip bias circuitry. Fabricated using RF BiCMOS process with eSiGe:C module, it comes in a compact 2x2mm MLPD-8 package. The device offers programmable modes (High Gain, Bypass, Standby) through logic pins, with optimized gain for <1000MHz applications.
