A monolithic H-Bridge motor driver IC for controlling small DC motors or bipolar step motors in portable applications. Features include: 2.0V to 6.8V continuous operation range, output current 1.0A (DC) and 3.0A (peak), low RDS(ON) MOSFETs (0.46Ω typical), 3.0V/5.0V TTL/CMOS compatible inputs, PWM frequencies up to 200 kHz, undervoltage shutdown, cross-conduction suppression, and low power consumption. It includes an integrated charge pump and level shifter, shoot-through current protection, and undervoltage detection and shutdown circuitry. Four operating modes: Forward, Reverse, Brake, and Tri-Stated (High Impedance).
