74F373MSAX [Onsemi]

74F373MSAX Overview

In the package 20-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width), it can be found. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package it. In this configuration, the output is set to Tri-State. A D-Type Transparent Latch logic type is used in this electrical device. Surface Mount is used to mount this electronic part. The supply voltage of the device is 4.5V~5.5V. There is a temperature of 0°C~70°C at which the system operates. An FPGA in this series belongs to the 74F family. An electronic part with 8 bits is designed. 74F373 is the family name of it. Designed with 20 pins, it is compatible with a wide range of devices. A Surface Mount mounting method has been used for this electronic part. It consists of 8 input lines from which an electronic circuit can be built. Optimal efficiency requires 5V as the supply voltage. 3 output lines generate the binary equivalent of the input lines. In total, it has 1 elements. The superior flexibility of the system is achieved through its use of 8 circuits. In the low level output current, the value is set to 3mA. In the high level output current, the value is set to -3mA. It is recommended that the operating temperature not exceed 70°C. Temperatures above 0°C should be used. The supply voltage is limited to 5.5V. A minimal voltage of 4.5V is needed to operate it.
