MC100E310FN [Onsemi]

MC100E310FN Overview

It is available in the case 28-LCC (J-Lead) for this cut smart buffer. It is available in the case Tube. There is a maximum value of 900MHz for normal operation. There are 28 terminations in it. Using a supply voltage of 5V allows for high efficiency. Consequently, it will be mounted by Surface Mount. There is a classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Multiplexer for this electronic part. The temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. This circuit clock should be able to operate on a power supply of 4.2V~5.7V volts. It's in the way of Surface Mount. It has a number of pins of 28. There is an output of ECL, PECL. The 28 pins are utilized for operation. There is a family of objects known as the MC100E310. There is an embedded device in Clock Drivers containing this circuit clock. It's set to 5.7V for the maximum supply voltage (Vsup). To ensure normal operation of the cut smart buffer, the supply voltage (Vsup) should always be kept above 4.2V. Power for the clock buffer comes from a -4.5V volt supply. A component of the 100E series can be found in this electrical part. It is also possible to obtain NECL MODE: 0V VCC WITH VEE = -4.2V TO -5.7V by using this gadget.
