MC33030P [Onsemi]

This device consists of an on-chip op amp and window comparator with wide input common-mode range, drive and brake logic with direction memory, Power H-Switch driver capable of 1.0 A, independently programmable overcurrent monitor and shutdown delay, and overvoltage monitor. It is ideally suited for servo positioning applications requiring sensing of temperature, pressure, light, magnetic flux, or any other means that can be converted to a voltage. Although primarily intended for servo applications, it can be used as a switchmode motor controller.
