2SC15670R [Panasonic]

2SC15670R Overview

DC current gain in this device equals 130 @ 150mA 10V, which is the ratio of the base current to the collector current.Saturation of VC means the Ic value is at its maximum, so vce saturation (Max) is 400mV @ 50mA, 500mA.Current rating refers to the maximum current a fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating substantially, and this device has a 500mA current rating.Breakdown input voltage is 100V volts.Product comes in TO-126B-A1 supplier package.A negative maximal voltage - Collector Emitter Breakdown can be observed in the device. In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 500mA volts.
