It features short circuit and overcurrent protection, high reliability with long service life, ±6A gate current, 4000V electrical isolation, electrically isolated status acknowledgement, power supply and self-monitoring, switching frequencies from DC to >100kHz, 0-100% duty cycle, high dv/dt immunity (>100,000V/µs), and includes an integrated DC/DC converter. The name 'SCALE' stands for Scaleable, Compact, All purpose, Low cost and Easy to use.
