Integrates two high-voltage N-channel power FREDFETs with low and high-side drivers in a single small-outline package. Features ultra-soft and ultrafast diodes for hard switched inverter drives. Self-supplied drivers eliminate external auxiliary power supply. Provides instantaneous phase current output for sensor-less control. Low-profile, compact footprint package with extended creepage distances and heat sinking through PCB. Internal fault protection and external system level monitoring.
