LinkSwitch-TN combines a high-voltage power MOSFET switch with a power supply controller in one device. It integrates a 700 V power MOSFET, oscillator, On/Off control scheme, high-voltage switched current source, frequency jittering, cycle-by-cycle current limit, and thermal protection. The LNK304-306 include auto-restart circuitry for fault protection. The devices support buck, buck-boost, and flyback topologies with or without optocoupler feedback, offering high efficiency, low component count, and energy savings (EcoSmart).
