    The LinkSwitch-HP family monolithically integrates a controller and high-voltage power MOSFET into one package. It uses an enhanced peak current mode PWM control scheme with multi-mode operation for continuous conduction mode (CCM) primary side regulated (PSR) power supplies up to 90 W. Features include multi-mode control for high efficiency, no-load consumption below 30 mW, and extensive protection features.
