LNK6775E [Power Integrations]

The LinkSwitch-HP family monolithically integrates a controller and high-voltage power MOSFET into one package. It uses a multi-mode control scheme for continuous conduction mode (CCM) primary side regulated (PSR) power supplies up to 90 W without DCM limitations or audible noise. Features include enhanced peak current mode PWM control, ±5% output voltage tolerance, 132 kHz operation, programmable current limit, and extensive built-in protection. The device eliminates optocouplers and secondary control circuitry, simplifying designs and reducing system cost. It offers excellent efficiency across load ranges with no-load consumption below 30 mW at 230 VAC.
