    The LinkSwitch-HP family monolithically integrates a controller and high-voltage power MOSFET into one package. It uses an enhanced peak current mode PWM control scheme with multi-mode operation for continuous conduction mode (PSR) power supplies up to 90 W. It eliminates optocouplers and secondary control circuitry, simplifying designs and reducing cost while achieving high efficiency and low no-load consumption. Features include programmable current limit, frequency jittering for EMI reduction, extensive protection functions, and advanced package options for thermal management.
