TNY375DG [Power Integrations]

TinySwitch-PK incorporates a 700 V MOSFET, oscillator, high-voltage switched current source, current limit (user selectable), and thermal shutdown circuitry. It features a unique peak mode that boosts current limit and frequency for peak load conditions.
