The ICS345 is a field programmable clock synthesizer using IDT's VersaClock software for configuration. It contains an OTP ROM for field programmability and features eight selectable configuration registers, up to two sets of four low-skew outputs, and optional spread spectrum outputs. The device replaces multiple crystals/oscillators, saving board space and cost. It operates at 3.3V with output frequencies up to 200MHz, supports input crystal frequencies of 5-27MHz and input clock frequencies of 2-50MHz, provides up to nine reference outputs, and uses an advanced low-power CMOS process.
