ISL5757IB [RENESAS]

The ISL5757 is a 10-bit, 260+MSPS, CMOS, high-speed, low-power D/A converter designed for high-performance communication systems like base transceiver stations using 2.5G or 3G cellular protocols. It complements the ISL5x57 family of high-speed converters (10, 12, and 14-bit devices). Key features include low power consumption (103mW at 130MSPS with 20mA output), adjustable full-scale output current (2mA to 20mA), +3.3V power supply, 3V LVCMOS compatible inputs, excellent spurious free dynamic range, and pin compatibility with AD9750 and HI5760. Available in Pb-free (RoHS compliant) versions.
