ISL6402IR-TK [RENESAS]

The ISL6402 is a high-performance, triple-output controller optimized for converting wall adapter, battery or network intermediate bus DC input supplies into the system supply voltages required for a wide variety of applications. Each output is adjustable down to 0.8V. The two PWMs are synchronized 180° out of phase reducing the RMS input current and ripple voltage. The device incorporates several protection features including adjustable overcurrent protection, hiccup mode, independent shutdown for both PWMs, PGOOD signal, UVLO, and thermal shutdown. It features bidirectional frequency synchronization for multiple ISL6402s, programmable soft-start, and uses the lower MOSFET's rDS(ON) for current sensing without an external resistor. The device is available in QFN and TSSOP packages and is Pb-Free (RoHS compliant).
