ISL6402IV-TK [RENESAS]

The ISL6402 is a triple-output controller featuring two synchronized 180° out-of-phase PWM controllers and one linear controller. It provides independently programmable output voltages down to 0.8V with a 300kHz switching frequency. Key features include no external current sense resistor (using lower MOSFET's rDS(ON)), bidirectional frequency synchronization for multiple devices, programmable soft-start, and extensive protection functions including PGOOD, UVLO, overcurrent, overtemperature, and independent shutdown for both PWMs. The device offers excellent dynamic response with voltage feed-forward and current mode control, and is available in QFN packages compliant to JEDEC PUB95 MO-220.
