ISL6532EVAL1 [RENESAS]

The ISL6532 is an ACPI regulator/controller for dual channel DDR memory systems. It generates two regulated voltages using a synchronous buck PWM controller with standby LDO and a 3A integrated sink/source linear regulator with accurate VDDQ/2 divider reference. The device features glitch-free transitions during state changes, ACPI compliant sleep state control, integrated VREF buffer, and drives low-cost N-channel MOSFETs. It operates at 250kHz constant frequency with tight output voltage regulation (±2% over temperature) for both outputs. The device supports 5V or 3.3V down conversion and offers fully-adjustable outputs with wide voltage range down to 0.8V to support DDR and DDR2 specifications. It includes over current protection, under/over-voltage monitoring of both outputs, and integrated thermal shutdown protection. Available in QFN package option with Pb-free availability.
