ISL8011EVAL1Z [RENESAS]

The ISL8011 is a high-efficiency synchronous buck regulator with integrated FETs, delivering up to 1.2A output current. It operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply, making it suitable for common 3.3V or 5V rails and lithium-ion batteries. The device features a 1.5MHz PWM switching frequency, enabling the use of small external components. It includes protections such as peak current limiting, short circuit protection, and over-temperature protection. Additional features include a 200ms power-on reset (POR), internal digital soft-start, enable pin for power sequencing, and a 100% maximum duty cycle for low dropout. The regulator is offered in a compact 10-lead 3x3mm DFN package.
