Products Detail

The X9268 is a dual digitally-controlled (XDCP) potentiometer with 256 resistor taps per potentiometer, providing 0.4% resolution. It features a 2-wire serial interface for write, read, and transfer operations, with wiper resistance of 100Ω typical at V+ = 5V, V- = -5V. The device includes 16 nonvolatile data registers (4 per potentiometer) for storing multiple wiper positions and supports power-on recall to load saved wiper positions on power-up. It operates from ±2.7V to ±5.5V supplies, with standby current <5µA max. Available in 50kΩ and 100kΩ end-to-end resistance versions, the device offers 100,000 data changes per bit per register endurance and 100-year data retention. It is packaged in a 24-lead SOIC and is available in Pb-free plus anneal (RoHS compliant) versions.
