It features internal compensation, internal soft-start, 110mΩ internal power MOSFET switch, low shutdown current (25μA), fixed 500kHz frequency, thermal shutdown, cycle-by-cycle current limit, and is available in an SOP-8 (Exposed Pad) package. It is RoHS compliant and halogen free.
