    The RT7238B/C/D is an advanced constant on-time (ACOT™) mode synchronous step-down converter operating from 8V to 23V input voltage. It features ACOT™ control for fast transient response, enables all MLCC output capacitor usage, and operates at a fixed 500kHz switching frequency. The device includes high-efficiency internal power MOSFET switches (27mΩ high-side, 10mΩ low-side), adjustable output voltage (0.9V to 5V for RT7238D), and fixed LDO outputs (3.3V for RT7238B/D, 5V for RT7238C) supplying 70mA. Protection features include pre-biased soft-start, cycle-by-cycle over-current protection, input under-voltage lockout, thermal shutdown, and output over/under-voltage protection. Available in UQFN-10L 3x3 (FC) package.
