RT7028BGN [RICHTEK]

The RT7028A/B is a high-voltage gate driver IC with dual outputs designed for driving high-side and low-side MOSFETs/IGBTs. It features a common-mode dV/dt noise canceling technique for high dV/dt immunity, Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) functions for both channels, and TTL-compatible logic inputs. The device supports bootstrap operation up to 600V with supply voltages from 10V to 20V, delivering 300mA sourcing and 600mA sinking current. It offers matched propagation delay below 50ns and is available in two variants: RT7028A (outputs in phase with input) and RT7028B (outputs out of phase with input).
