RT7736EGE [RICHTEK]

RT7736EGE Overview

In the package SOT-23-6 , the ac to dc converter is embedded. The AC/DC power converter type is Tape & Reel (TR) .It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount .For the ac dc converter to perform at its best, it should be operated at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA °C.In this AC to DC transformer, the switching frequency is 65kHz .Vcc/Vdd can be used within the range of 12V~25V supply voltage.A ac/dc converter with 6 pins is available. It are possible to mount thare ac dc converters by Surface Mount .It belongs to the family of SmartJitter? manufacturers. We have set the output current to 300mA .There is 13.5V output voltage from this AC/DC converter.High efficiency can be achieved when AC to DC converters frequency is set to 65kHz .You can read the standard for REACH SVHC at: Unknown .The package contains SOT-23-6 AC/DC converters.Keeping the 85°C value at its maximum ensures the AC to DC power converter runs smoothly. It is necessary that the minimum working temperature of this isolated switch not fall below -40°C .The AC to DC power supply is capable of operating with a minimum supply voltage of 12V volts.
