It features internal low-RDS(ON) power switches (100mΩ HS / 70mΩ LS) eliminating external Schottky diodes. Utilizes CMCOT™ control for superior transient response and stability with low-ESR MLCCs. Includes soft-start (1.2ms), PGOOD indicator (SOT-23-6), light-load power saving, and comprehensive protections (OCP, UVLO, OTP). Available in SOT-23-5/6 packages.
