    The RT9460 is an integrated switch-mode single cell Li-Ion/Li-Polymer battery charger with USB-OTG support. It integrates a synchronous PWM controller, power MOSFETs, input current sensing and regulation, and high accuracy voltage regulation and charge termination circuits. The charger supports programmable charge parameters via I2C interface, including pre-charge, fast charge, and constant voltage modes. It features USB charging detection, battery temperature sensing, and various protection circuits such as over-voltage, under-voltage, thermal regulation, and reverse leakage protection. The device is available in a small WL-CSP-25B package and is RoHS compliant.
