    The R1293K is a multi power supply IC for mid-size TFT LCD panels, featuring a PWM control step-up DC/DC converter with adjustable output voltage up to 16V, an LDO regulator with selectable output voltage from 1.8V to 2.5V in 0.1V steps, a VCOM amplifier, and six GAMMA amplifiers. It includes built-in MOSFET for the step-up converter, low power standby mode, noise reduction via SEL pin, and comprehensive protection features including thermal shutdown and short-circuit protection with timer latch. The device comes in a 4mm square QFN(PLP)0404-32 package.
