The MAX146/MAX147 are 12-bit data-acquisition systems with an 8-channel multiplexer, high-bandwidth track/hold, and serial interface. They offer high conversion speed and low power consumption. MAX146 operates from +2.7V to +3.6V supply with internal 2.5V reference; MAX147 operates from +2.7V to +5.25V supply requiring an external reference. Analog inputs are software configurable for unipolar/bipolar and single-ended/differential operation. The 4-wire serial interface is compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and TMS320 devices. They feature software-selectable power-down and automatic shutdown at end of conversion.
