BD9012KV-E2 [ROHM]

BD9012KV-E2 Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 48-LQFP package. 2 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 4.5V~30V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~105°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 250kHz~1.2MHz that can be used with this controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at QUAD . A variety of terminations with 48 of dc switching. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. DC switcher's input voltageis set to 12V. You can find other relevant dc to dc converter ics by searching "BD901*". There are only 48 pins on switching converter. In particular, switching converter belongs to the Switching Regulator or Controllers family. DC regulator outputs 5V voltage according to the test statistics. The dc to dc regulator can only accept a maximum input voltage of 30V. DC regulator's maximum frequency is 1.2MHz.
