BU4S01-TR [ROHM]

BU4S01-TR Overview

The part comes in SC-74A, SOT-753 packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. A NOR Gate logic principle is used to make it work. It is necessary to ensure the full functionality of the part by providing a voltage of 3V~16V. Around -40°C~85°C is the extended operating temperature. There is a hole in Surface Mount for mounting the part. In both high and low states, output current is 3.4mA 3.4mA. This item is from the 4S series. In total, 5 terminations have occurred. This part is equipped with 1 functions that will greatly enhance the user's experience. Into the part body are injected 5 pins. Inputs for this part are 2. Circuits number 1 make up this device. In order for the device to work, a minimum voltage of 3V is required. Standing by mode draws 1μA watts of current.
