STD01P [SANKEN]

The STD01N and STD01P are enhanced Darlington transistors featuring built-in drivers and temperature compensation diodes. They handle high power (100 W) in a compact TO-3P package, minimizing heat sink requirements. The integrated temperature compensation diode eliminates thermal sensing delays, providing enhanced thermal stability. Manufactured using Sanken's thin-wafer technology, these devices achieve higher power levels and voltage withstand capabilities. Emitter terminals are placed symmetrically (pin 5 on NPN, pin 1 on PNP) for adjacent PCB placement, minimizing trace length and output skew in paired applications. Approved by major manufacturers.
