SC622ULTRT [Semtech]

SC622ULTRT Overview

20-UFQFN Exposed Pad package saves space on the board. A LED driver with 1 outputs is designed. It is possible to mount the led driver using Surface Mount. It is highly performing and reliable when it emerges as a DC DC Regulator. It is possible for the led light driver to operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA.Taking advantage of Camera Flash has considerable benefits. In this case, the termination value is 20.Under 3V voltage supply, undetermined failures may occur. The number of segments is estimated to be 1.Surface Mount has been mounted with the device. The LED driver is based on part number SC622.5.5V is an acceptable voltage.A voltage output of 2.5V~5.25V is provided by this device.20 pins are on the device.Furthermore, it can be classified as Display Drivers based on its characteristics.LED drivers belonging to the mAhXLife? series are used in a wide variety of applications.
