The LH7A400 is a 32-bit System-on-Chip based on the ARM922T core, featuring high integration to reduce system costs and development time. It includes an ARM9TDMI RISC core at 200 MHz, 16KB cache (8KB instruction/8KB data), 80KB on-chip SRAM, MMU, programmable interrupt controller, and external bus interface supporting asynchronous SRAM/ROM/Flash, synchronous DRAM/Flash, PCMCIA, and CompactFlash. The device incorporates clock/power management with PLL, low-power modes, programmable LCD controller (up to 1024×768 resolution, STN/TFT), DMA (10 channels), USB 1.1 device interface, synchronous serial port (SSP) supporting SPI/SSI/MICROWIRE, three UARTs, IrDA, smart card interface (ISO7816), two DC-DC converters, MultiMediaCard interface, AC97 codec interface, smart battery monitor, RTC, up to 60 GPIOs, watchdog timer, and JTAG debug. It operates at 1.8V core/3.3V I/O with 5V-tolerant digital inputs (except oscillators) in commercial (0°C to +70°C) or industrial (-40°C to +85°C) temperature ranges, available in 256-ball PBGA or CABGA packages.
