The PC1231xNSZ Series is a reinforced insulation type photocoupler featuring high common mode rejection (CMR) and low input current. It provides 5.0kV input-output isolation voltage and a current transfer ratio (CTR) of 50% to 400% at 0.5mA input current. The series offers double transfer mold package ideal for flow soldering, with options for wide-lead spacing and SMT gullwing lead-forms. Key features include high noise resistance due to high CMR (min 10kV/µs), reinforced insulation with minimum 0.4mm isolation distance, and long creepage distance (min 8mm for wide lead-form types).
