It features an 8-pin DIP package with double transfer mold package ideal for flow soldering. The device offers high speed response (tPHL: TYP. 0.2 µs, tPLH: TYP. 0.4 µs) and high noise immunity with common mode rejection of MIN. 15 kV/µs (CMH) and MIN. -15 kV/µs (CML). It provides input-output isolation voltage of 5.0 kV.
