It offers a simple and flexible two-chip solution for DSP designs with dual Flash memories (256KBytes Main and 32KBytes Secondary), a general-purpose PLD with over 3,000 gates and 16 macro cells, up to 16 configurable I/O pins, JTAG ISP for programming without DSP involvement, zero-power technology for low standby current, and content security via a programmable security bit. It operates at 3.3V ±10% and over the temperature range –40°C to +85°C.
