The M24C16 is a 16-Kbit I2C-compatible EEPROM organized as 2K x 8 bits. It operates with a clock frequency of 400 kHz or lower. The M24C16-W supports 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply, M24C16-R supports 1.8 V to 5.5 V, and M24C16-F supports 1.7 V to 5.5 V over full temperature range, with extended voltage down to 1.6 V under limited conditions. Features include write protect, enhanced ESD protection, high endurance (>4 million write cycles), and long data retention (>200 years).
