Products Detail

L6997S Overview

Capsuled in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sThe supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 3V~5.5V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start for efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. 20 terminations with a variety of function. To name a few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt, it includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. 3.3V nominal DC switcher's voltage input. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics can be found by searching "L6997". Switching converter has a total of 20 pins. Switching converter is a type of Switching Regulator or Controllers in particular. According to the test statistics, DC regulator outputs 12V voltage. The dc dc regulator's usual output current is 30A, which should be noted down when you start a project. DC switcher's Surface Mount makes it qualified for most application and prototype designs. DC switcher'sThe max frequency of the pmic can reach 1MHz. It is suggested that users apply 35V to the voltage regulator dc to dc in order to run it safely and reliably in a circuit. Because the dc switcher's maximum input voltage is 35V users must limit the voltage accordingly. Switching controller is necessary to have a supply voltage of 1V. The dc switcher will not provide an output current greater than 20A. The switching converter can output 606mV volts at its utmost, according to the datasheet.
