M74HC190RM13TR [STMicroelectronics]

M74HC190RM13TR Overview

This device is supplied in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. It is configured with 16terminations. Having a voltage supply of 4.5Vallows it to operate in a highly flexible manner. The 1elements are connected by wires. A total of 16pins are present on all components. Tape & Reel (TR)is used to package it. In the circuit, there are 16pins that connect other components. It is mounted in the manner of [0]. It is a member of the family [0]. Having been designed as a member of the 74HCseries, it is well suited to a variety of applications. Counter, Decadeis adopted as the logic type. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -55°C~125°C. The mounting type is Surface Mount. When the supply voltage is set to [0], it is able to operate with greater reliability. There are 4bits stored in each element of the array. A major feature of this electronic device is its [0]. Under its base part number of [0], you will find additional related parts. It is packed by [0]. The voltage source produces 2/6Vvoltage. There is a minimum supply voltage (Vsup) of 2V volts. Up to 6Vis the maximum supply voltage (Vsup).
