M74HC4040TTR [STMicroelectronics]

M74HC4040TTR Overview

This device is supplied in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. It is configured with 16terminations. Having a voltage supply of 4.5Vallows it to operate in a highly flexible manner. A total of 16pins are present on all components. Tape & Reel (TR)is used to package it. In the circuit, there are 16pins that connect other components. It is mounted in the manner of [0]. It is a member of the family [0]. Having been designed as a member of the 74HCseries, it is well suited to a variety of applications. Binary Counteris adopted as the logic type. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -55°C~125°C. The mounting type is Surface Mount. When the supply voltage is set to [0], it is able to operate with greater reliability. There are 12bits stored in each element of the array. The result may be yesin terms of Pbfree code. Under its base part number of [0], you will find additional related parts. It is packed by [0]. The voltage source produces 2/6Vvoltage. There is a minimum supply voltage (Vsup) of 2V volts. Up to 6Vis the maximum supply voltage (Vsup). A total of 1input lines are used to input binary data in the form of on/off signals.
