M93S46-WMN6P [STMicroelectronics]

M93S46-WMN6P Overview

There is a memory type Non-Volatile for this type of device. The case comes in the Tube style. The file is embedded in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case. This chip has an 1Kb 64 x 16 size of memory on it, so a lot of data can be stored on it. Memory data is stored in EEPROM-format, which is common in mainstream devices. -40°C~85°C TA is an extended operating temperature range, making this device ideal for demanding applications. A supply voltage of 2.5V~5.5V can be applied to it. There is a recommended mounting type of Surface Mount for it. The chip contains 8 terminations. As many as 1 functions are supported for comprehensive working. An 5V supply is required for this ic memory chip to operate properly. During the rotation of the clock, the ic memory chip is set as 2MHz. As the base part number for the device, M93S46 is frequently used to select similar items. A package of 8 pins is used to protect this memory device. The memory device has 8 pins, which means that it has 8 memory locations, which indicates it is an 8-bit device. Memory chips configured with Surface Mount mounting achieve high efficiency and simplicity. The nominal supply current of this memory component is 2mA. The power supply needed for this memory chip is only 3/5V . In order for the memory ics to transfer data to the CPU, this memory integrates with a MICROWIRE-type serial bus.
