TL431AIYDT [STMicroelectronics]

TL431AIYDT Overview

The reference voltage makes use of a handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This program utilizes the handy Shunt package. The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging.8 terminations with various functions.±1% tolerance for precise voltage reference.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage. It outputs 36V voltage according to the test statistics. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Adjustable output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 8 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.8 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.As a type of Voltage References, the voltage reference circuit is used in various applications.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "TL431".It is appropriate for Surface Mount applications. You cannot expect output current higher greater than 100mA from the reference voltage. There are 1 channels for high-quality communication. As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 36V voltage at its maximum.Generally, 700?A is what its cathode current should be.The lowest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is 2.495V lower than 2.495V.Since the max input voltage of the part is 37V, users ought to confine the voltage correspondingly. It is a gadget from the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series. It has THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE MAY BE SET TO ANY VALUE BETWEEN 2.5V AND 36V WITH TWO EXTERNAL RESISTORS to better fulfill the purpose.
