TL431CZ-AP [STMicroelectronics]

TL431CZ-AP Overview

There is a handy package TO-226-2, TO-92-2 (TO-226AC) (Formed Leads) used in this program.Shunt control is used to control the part as a voltage reference. An external package of Tape & Box (TB) encloses the voltage reference ic.Terminations with various functions 3.Voltage measurements with a tolerance of ±2.21%.An analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.The output voltage 36V is determined by test statistics. The output should be 1.Input can be entered on a Adjustable form.It contains 3 pins.Pins 3 are settled in the part.If you are designing a PCB that requires a high level of precision, Through Hole is available.Within 0°C~70°C TA range of work.It can be used in a variety of applications due to its Voltage References type. The search term "TL431" will return other relevant parts.Applicable to Through Hole applications. The voltage reference ic cannot output more current than 100mA in this case.It is possible to communicate at high quality through 1 channels. The maximum output voltage of this voltage reference ic is 36V.Cathode currents should be 1mA in most cases. Its lowest output voltage is 2.495V.In view of the part's maximum input voltage of 37V, users are advised to confine the voltage accordingly.A voltage reference outputs a voltage of 2.495V regardless of external conditions.
