TSV621ICT [STMicroelectronics]

TSV621ICT Overview

There is a 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the General Purpose-type. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. We are approaching the 5h termination of the year. In total, there are 5 pins on this op amp ic. This linear amplifier should be powered by an 1.8V battery. There are two types of Operational Amplifier op amps in this case, and this device falls into one of them. 5 pins are located on the operational amplifiers. The input offset voltage is 4mV. This electrical part should be mounted using type Surface Mount. In terms of operating temperatures, this buffer amplifier works very well at a temperature of around -40°C~125°C . The buffer amplifier is capable of operating from a supply current of 29μA . It is recommended to keep the voltage gain at 98dB at all times. On the buffer amps, there are 1 channels that can be used. One of the many benefits of this op amp ic is that it emits Rail-to-Rail signals. This linear amplifier pack is based on the TAPE AND REEL axis.
